Warning!  If any company or representative contacts you by email offering to help you with housing for the conference, please ignore their message.  They do not represent the Midwest Clinic!  Contact the hotel of your choice yourself and do not give your personal information to anyone who contacts you directly!

Housing is available at the following hotels at the rates indicated.  To make a reservation, please call or write directly to the hotel of your choice. Please note, hotel tax in Illinois is now 16.4%.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation at the time the reservation is made (credit card will not be charged).
