The deadline to request a Letter of Invitation is November 1st.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Complete one form per attendee, and be sure to include all required information. We will email a PDF of the letter to you and another recipient, per your request.
Letters are distributed at the discretion of the Midwest Clinic and are restricted to conference attendees. If you are not a music education professional, musical artist, or music business owner, your letter may be denied.
