Photo Packages for Midwest

Hi Directors,

We are partnering with Random Photography to provide photos of your experience at Midwest.  Your group photo is scheduled to take place during your sound check.  You should have received those details in the communication I sent out last week.  Please make sure musicians, conductors, and guest artists are ready at the specified time so there is as little of a disruption as possible to your soundcheck and rehearsal.  We ask that conductors and guest artists stand at the front of the stage and all musicians lower their music stands.  

Headshot Reservations

In addition to your group photo, you also have the option to have individual musician/conductor photos taken at the Random Photography Booth located in the F2 Exhibit Hall next to Starbucks.  To reserve a headshot time for your group, please complete the HEADSHOT RESERVATION FORM.  We will be opening this form to general attendees in mid-November, so I would encourage you to reserve your time before then. 

Pre-Order Packages

Random Photography is offering special pricing for pre-ordered photo packages.  Packages reflect a 25% discount through December 19^th.  Please share this information with your parents and staff so they can take advantage of this great offer!  You can download a printable flier HERE.

Photo packages will also be available at the Random Photography Booth during the conference as well.
