Updated Photo Package Information

Hi Directors,

Several of you had issues opening the photo pre-order sheet in my previous message.  I have updated the link so you should be able to access it now.  I apologize for the confusion. 

Headshot Reservations

In addition to your group photo, you also have the option to have individual musician/conductor photos taken at the Random Photography Booth located in the F2 Exhibit Hall next to Starbucks.  To reserve a headshot time for your group, please complete the HEADSHOT RESERVATION FORM.  We will be opening this form to general attendees in mid-November, so I would encourage you to reserve your time before then.

Pre-Order Packages

Random Photography is offering special pricing for pre-ordered photo packages.  Packages reflect a 25% discount through December 15th.  Please share this information with your parents and staff so they can take advantage of this great offer!  You can download a printable flier HERE.

Photo packages will also be available at the Random Photography Booth during the conference as well.

It was brought to my attention that the last memo had incorrect dates listed for the High School Leadership Institute and College Night.  Both events will take place on Thursday, December 17.  For more information you can visit the website: HIGH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE or COLLEGE NIGHT.
