Registration for The Midwest Clinic music conference will open in September 2020. Take part in furthering music education while enjoying the international music camaraderie that only The Midwest Clinic can provide.

Registration Fees 

Early Bird Professional Rate:  $135 (available now until 10/1)*
Pre-Registration Professional Rate:  $165 (available until 12/15)
College Student Pre-Registration Rate:  $52.50 (available until 12/15)
On-Site Professional Registration Rate:  $190
College Student On-Site Registration Rate:  $77.50
Spouse Rate:  $50
Chaperone Rate:  $25
Primary/Secondary Student Rate:  $25 (Can only be added when purchasing a paid Professional registration. If you are a Professional that has already registered online, please click on the 'modify' link in the confirmation email that you received. From there you can  access your registration to add a primary/secondary student(s)). NOTE: This registration type is NOT for the High School Institute.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing. Please email your cancellation to: info@midwestclinic.org. If we receive your cancellation ON or BEFORE December 1st we will deduct 35% off your payment for processing charges and credit the balance to you. There will be NO REFUNDS issued for cancellations after the Dec. 1st deadline. This is non-negotiable.



*Payment Policy

Full payment or purchase order must be received 30 days after completing registration. If payment or purchase order is not received by this deadline, the registration will be cancelled.

Purchase Orders DO NOT constitute payment. All purchase orders must be paid in full prior to or upon arrival at the conference. If mailing the check, it must be received by December 1st otherwise payment will be due upon arrival at the conference.

** The option to pay by Purchase Order/Check will only be available until Nov. 20.  After this date, pre-registration must be paid by credit card.
