Confirm that selected works have not been performed at Midwest in the last two years.
PUBLISHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(Review your ensemble type's programming rules to see specific publisher eligibility requirements)
If the publisher of a piece you want to reserve is not listed as eligible (not on the Eligible Publishers list or in the reservation system drop-down), select “.Ineligible Publisher” in the Publisher field. Then enter the publisher’s name in the “Ineligible Publisher Information ONLY” box.
If you plan to include that piece in your final program, the publisher must submit be an exhibitor or sponsor by the final program submission deadline. If they do not, the piece will be removed from your final program.
Jazz Directors:
All jazz soloists must be approved by your Midwest Board Liaison to ensure a variety of performers and instrumentation.
