This is a friendly reminder that all of the photos of personnel listed on your performance program as well as your ensemble numbers need to be uploaded to the Performer Intranet by the end of the day Friday, September 29.  I have included additional information and instructions below for your reference.

Bios, Photos, And Ensemble Info

All photos, including directors, conductors, guest conductors, soloists, and guests artists need to be uploaded to the performer intranet by Friday, September 29.

Badges

Directors, performers, and guest artists/conductors will receive complimentary, all-access badges to attend Midwest concerts, clinics, and exhibits.  To ensure you have the correct number of performer badges, directors will need update the following information on the Performer Intranet by September 29:

·        Number of Performers

·        Conductors’ information

·        Guest Conductors’ Information

·        Soloists’ Information

You will receive detailed registration instructions in Memo #8.
