Thank You for Your Application to Present a Clinic Session at The Midwest Clinic

An email confirmation has been sent to the individual whose email address was listed as the primary clinician on the application. Detailed in this correspondence will also be the name and email address of each person that was entered as an evaluator, along with the access code to their online evaluation. We suggest you contact your references to make sure they received an email from The Midwest Clinic and remind them of the evaluation deadline (Friday, March 15, 2024).

You can monitor the progress of your evaluations by logging into your account and clicking on your application.

All applications will be reviewed by The Midwest Clinic Board of Directors, with official notification being distributed electronically in mid-April.
