An email confirmation has been sent to the individual whose login credentials were used to submit the application. Detailed in this correspondence will also be the name and email address of each person that was entered as an evaluator, along with the access code to their online evaluation. We suggest you contact your references to make sure they received an email from The Midwest Clinic and remind them of the evaluation deadline (Friday March 15, 2024.

All applications will be reviewed by The Midwest Clinic Board of Directors, with official notification being distributed electronically in mid-April.
