1. One video (5-7 minutes) of the applicant's conducting that demonstrates a variety of styles. The camera view should be from the ensemble perspective (i.e. facing the conductor).  Your video should be no more than three (3) years old (2019 - 2022).

2. A resume or curriculum vitae in PDF format.

3. A high resolution photo of yourself (1 MB or larger). Midwest will only accept photographs that are submitted with your application.

4. By submitting your application, you are indicating acceptance of the following:
a. You are available for the entire duration of the 2022 Midwest Clinic Reynolds Conducting Institute:
Tuesday, December 20 - Thursday, December 22.
b. You can financially commit to the $330 participation fee (due no later than September 15, 2021).
c. You can financially commit to providing your own lodging, transportation, and meals.
d. Cancellation policy: The fee of $330 is non-refundable after November 1, 2022. No exceptions.

5. If you are unsure of your availability for the dates listed in item 4a, or cannot financially commit to items 4b & 4c at the time of submitting this application, please do not apply.

6. The entire application process will be electronic so no documents should be sent to the Midwest offices.

7. Your submission of this application to The Midwest Clinic indicates that you have read all of the above and, if selected, will abide by them throughout the planning process. Failure to do so could result in your invitation being withdrawn.
