Beyond technique, management, great repertoire, and aggressive recruiting lies leadership - the ability to shape the lives of musicians in your ensemble in a way that leads to remarkable performances and adds value to your own life as well. This session will address how servant-leadership applies to life on the podium and how "It's not about me" can unleash everyone's potential.
