Imagine bringing some of the finest musicians and educators in the world into your classes! By using technology that already exists in virtually all schools, it is possible to create unique student enrichment and professional development opportunities. Drawing upon years of experience and working with hundreds of students in dozens of schools, Stewart and Allan will cover the technology, organization, and delivery of Internet based workshops that can be tailor made to your students.

Stewart Smith, Allan Molnar - Biographical Information

Stewart Smith holds degrees from the University of Saskatchewan and Northwestern University. He currently teaches at St. John’s-Ravenscourt School in Winnipeg and the Marcel Desautels Faculty of Music at the University of Manitoba. Smith has presented low brass and technology workshops in Canada and the United States. Allan Molnar teaches a Lehman College (New York) and works as a freelance artist. As a previous educator in Toronto, he received the prestigious Prime Minister’s Award for Teaching Excellence. He also works as a resource teacher for the Canadian Teachers Federation and as a faculty member of the KoSA International Percussion Workshops. Stewart and Allan are co-founders and artistic directors of “The ALIVE Project” (Accessible Live Internet Video Education) and provide arts-oriented distance learning opportunities for students in schools worldwide.
