Clinic Synopsis:

This presentation is to help young band directors survive in the profession. Building a program, recruitment, retention, stress, time management, and aiming for success are just a few of the topics that will be discussed. Having and creating methods and ideas, along with how to find different ways to be effective in our environment will also be a part of this presentation. Our ABC’s and 123’s are functional in life, and they are just as important in the beginning stages of music education.
