From the Podium: Get the Percussion Sound You Want and the Sound You Need!

Clinic Synopsis:

The area of percussion is a HUGE expanse of various instruments and sound possibilities. Percussion is so varied it can often be challenging to know exactly what sound we want or need, even for trained percussionists. This session aims to give conductors and instructors some tools to know what sounds they want to achieve, combined with some language on how to instruct their students to produce those sounds.
