A Modern Approach to Trumpet Pedagogy

Clinic Synopsis:

The Modern Approach to Trumpet Pedagogy examines two of the most historically significant and still prominently used method books by J.B. Arban and L. Saint-Jacome and synthesizes a modern approach based on these and other greats of brass pedagogy. Additionally, this clinic discusses more than the application of exercises and concepts, but also focuses on a process for learning music that can be applied to any style or instrument. This approach teaches the player to learn like a pro!
