Brad Coffman
- Biographical Information
Brad Coffman serves as the Supervisor of Alternative Programs for the Russellville School District. Mr. Coffman is completing his 25th year in public education, with 20 of those years in the Russellville School District. He served the Russellville School District as a Band Director for 13 years at Russellville Middle School, Russellville Junior High, and Russellville High School. During his time as a Band Director, his bands were consistently rated superior in both marching and concert assessments.
Mr. Coffman is a 1995 graduate of Russellville High School and graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. He received his Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Arkansas Tech University in 2006 with an emphasis in Instructional Technology. In 2009, Mr. Coffman earned his National Board Certification in music, and in 2015, completed his Educational Leadership licensure from the University of Arkansas.
During his career, Mr. Coffman has served in a variety of leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels. He was previously an active member of Phi Beta Mu and served as a region chair for the Arkansas School Band and Orchestra Association. Mr. Coffman was elected in 2024 to the College Board Southwestern Regional Council that provides guidance and leadership to the College Board. He is currently a member of the 2025 Russellville Regional Leadership Academy.
