Ensemble instruction builds collaboration, discipline, and problem-solving: skills that connect directly to the music industry and beyond. This session helps educators make those connections visible for students, reframing ensemble learning as preparation for real opportunities. Participants will explore classroom-ready strategies that expand career readiness, engage more students, and position music learning as a pathway to future success.
