Bohls will discuss and demonstrate the fundamentals that are necessary to become a great trombone player. The most basic fundamental is to make a tone that others will want to hear. Proper use of the tongue, whether slurring or not, playing in tune with yourself and others, and having an inner pulse to be able to keep steady time fill out the list of fundamentals.
