Music educators are increasingly called to lead beyond the podium—shaping culture, navigating relational complexities, and influencing systems without formal authority. This session translates musical performance principles into applied leadership practice using the IN TIME, IN TONE, IN TUNE, and IN TOUCH framework. Participants will develop practical tools to build trust, regulate leadership tone, and foster alignment within programs and organizations.
